It is unsweetened and frankly powerful, more a tool for the bar than a contemplative sipper.

Without cask time the spirit shows its fermentation fruit openly, berries, banana and spice on the nose, then fruity pineapple and warm spice on the palate carried by obvious alcoholic heat. The finish is warm and herbal with a cherry note.
