NODO Coconut Liqueur / Likör

This is a coconut liqueur on an agave base, not a tequila, made by NODO from its own Tequilana Blanco distilled from 100% Blue Weber agave. The base spirit is infused with freshly grated coconut from the tropical coast of Tecoman in Colima, with no artificial flavouring, then rounded with cane sugar syrup and bottled at 35% as a sweet, tropical flavoured liqueur.

The infusion brings sweet coconut together with the earthier notes of the agave base, the two components clearly legible on both nose and palate. Lower in strength and sweetened by design, it suits serving chilled, over ice or in tropical cocktails. It is a liqueur in the full sense, flavoured and sweetened, so the cooked agave sits as a backbone beneath the coconut rather than carrying the glass on its own.
