El Jimador Tequila Blanco

El Jimador Blanco is a 100% Blue Weber tequila from Brown-Forman, named for the jimadores who tend and harvest the agave with a coa. It is one of the best selling tequilas in Mexico, made as an everyday Blanco and rested only about forty days before bottling so the spirit stays close to distillation.
The nose is clean cooked agave with a hint of citrus, and the palate is soft with mild notes of cooked agave, closing velvety, clean and warming. This is a straightforward value Blanco built for mixing as much as sipping, with the cooked agave and citrus of the spirit kept simple and approachable rather than layered or barrel marked.
