Tequila 30-30 Reserva Especial Reposado Tequila

Tequila 30-30 Reserva Especial Reposado is a 100% Blue Weber reposado made in Capilla de Guadalupe in the Los Altos highlands of Jalisco, from agave allowed to mature up to nine years to push sugar and depth before harvest. It rests nine months in oak, which gives it a golden colour and a sweeter, rounder shape than the brand's blanco.
Twice distilled and bottled at a full 40%, it is stated by the producer to be additive-free, with no added colour, flavour or sweetener. The oak reads as vanilla, coconut and caramel with a hint of roast coffee, while baked sweet potato, brown sugar and a late peppery spice keep the agave present. The palate opens with a soft fresh acidity, then settles into gentle toasted wood, an easy everyday highland reposado that still carries real agave weight.
