The nose is all fresh citrus, the combava lifting bright and tangy over spicy coriander and steady juniper. On the palate it is smooth yet intense: zesty lime, earthy herbs, a peppery snap of coriander and just a hint of sweetness underneath. The finish runs long and clean, citrus and herb lingering together. Mix it with a Mediterranean tonic over plenty of ice, garnished with a twist of lime or a sprig of fresh coriander.
