Description

Bloom Jasmine & Rose is a limited edition from the floral-leaning English brand Bloom, which builds its gins around delicate botanicals rather than juniper bombast. Here the signatures are jasmine and rose, layered over the traditional London Dry foundation with a light citrus thread, for a gin aimed squarely at lovers of floral aromatics.

The nose offers delicate rose and jasmine with a hint of citrus fruit. The palate is soft and floral, the blossom carried on a light sweetness with only a subtle juniper note beneath, closing soft, fresh and elegant. Bottled at 40%, it is lovely in a floral G&T with a light tonic, or as the base for a delicate Rose Martini.
