Dick & Stein European Dry Gin

Dick & Stein gathers its botanicals from every corner of Europe: alpine herbs from the north, citrus from the south, spicy plants from the east, aromatics from the west. Distilled unfiltered in small batches by Tobias Dick, it draws on juniper, Seville oranges, limes, alpine gentian and wild berries alongside more unusual additions like dandelion and alpine thyme, with orris and angelica and a few secrets rounding out the bill.

The nose is fresh juniper with intense lemon and Seville orange citrus, alpine herbs, floral nuances and a hint of wild berry. The palate is full-bodied and many-sided, clear juniper meeting citrus freshness, spicy herbs, gentian's fine bitterness and gentle berry fruit. It finishes long, fresh and lightly bitter. Mix a G&T with quality tonic, a sprig of thyme and a few wild berries.
