Description

Trois Rivieres is a Martinique estate with roots to 1660 and over a century of rum making, now distilled at the La Mauny site under the island's protected AOC. Pave du Molin is its white agricole, made from fresh pressed sugar cane juice with no added sugar.

Distilled on a creole column still that runs low to keep the cane character in the spirit, a Martinique blanc is built on freshness and snap. Expect the hallmarks of the style, grassy and herbaceous with fresh cut lawn, green olive, briny salinity and white pepper, dry rather than sweet. Bottled unsweetened at 50%, it is a forthright base for a Ti Punch.
