Isautier Douceur d’Arrangé Banane Flambée

Isautier Douceur d'Arrange Banane Flambee is a rum arrange from Isautier, the oldest family distillery on Reunion, working in the island's tradition of fruit-infused rums. Here the flavour is flambeed banana on a molasses base.

At just 17% this is a soft, low-strength liqueur rather than a sipping rum, and it reads accordingly, sweet and dessert-like with the caramelised note of cooked banana. It is built to be served chilled or over ice as an after-dinner treat, or poured over desserts, rather than approached for rum character.
