On Ti Douse Arrange Gingembre is a flavoured rhum arrange built on an agricole base of fresh sugar cane juice and macerated with ginger, in the French-island arrange tradition of steeping fruit and spice in young rum. Ginger gives this style its warmth and a little bite alongside the sweetening.
