Description

Neisson Rhum Agricole Blanc is an unaged white from Neisson, the small family distillery founded in Martinique in 1931 and long held in high regard. This 2021 release comes in a large three-litre format and is made from fresh-pressed sugar-cane juice, distilled low on a Creole column to keep the cane character in the spirit.

Bottled unsweetened at a high 52.5%, it is a dry, full-proof blanc. Typical of Neisson white, expect a grassy, vegetal core with fresh sugar-cane sap, green olive, white pepper and a saline snap, all freshness and snap rather than sweetness. The natural choice for a proper Ti Punch.
