Description

Dzama Arrange Litchee is a flavoured rum from the Madagascar distillery Dzama, built on an agricole-style base of fresh sugar-cane juice. Following the French arrange tradition, it is steeped with lychee, the perfumed tropical fruit that grows widely on the island.

At 25% it is light and clearly sweet, sitting in fruit-liqueur territory rather than serving as a dry cane spirit. Expect floral, juicy lychee to lead over a soft cane base. Serve it well chilled, over ice, or topped with sparkling water for a fragrant long drink.
