Breiz'ile Passion Citron Vert is a flavoured rum from the French house Breiz'ile, built on a column-distilled agricole base of fresh-pressed sugar-cane juice. Following the French arrange tradition, it is steeped with passion fruit and lime for a bright, tangy character.

At just 23% it is light and clearly sweet, sitting in fruit-liqueur territory rather than serving as a dry cane spirit. Expect zesty passion fruit and lime to lead over the grassy agricole base. Serve it well chilled, over ice, or topped with sparkling water for a long summer drink.
