Description

Arhumatic Ananas Roti Basilic is a French rum arrange, an infusion built on a Guadeloupe cane-juice base steeped with roasted pineapple and basil. At 28% it sits firmly in liqueur territory rather than that of a dry aged rum.

This is a flavoured bottling and reads as one, sweet and fruit-forward, with the savoury herbal lift of basil against caramelised pineapple. It is at its best chilled as a sweet after-dinner pour, over ice, or stirred into cocktails and cooking rather than sipped neat for cane character.
