Description

Breiz'ile Collection Amande is a flavoured cane rum from this Brittany-based bottler, made in the French arrange style of steeping cane spirit with a single flavour. The base is agricole-style, distilled from fresh sugar cane juice rather than molasses.

At 32% and built around almond, it is made to taste soft, nutty and sweet, with a marzipan lean rather than a dry or grassy one. This is an after-dinner sipper to serve chilled or over ice.
