Breiz'ile Collection Gingembre is a flavoured rum from this Brittany-based bottler, made in the French arrange style of steeping cane spirit with spice. The base is agricole-style, distilled from fresh sugar cane juice rather than molasses.

At 32% it is built around the warmth and bite of fresh ginger over a soft, sweet cane backbone. Serve it chilled or over ice as a flavoured after-dinner drink rather than as a dry agricole.
