Description

Dzama Arrange Gingembre is a flavoured rum from Dzama in Madagascar, made in the arrange style of steeping cane spirit with spice. The base is agricole-style, distilled from fresh sugar cane juice rather than molasses.

At 25% it is built around the warmth and bite of fresh ginger over a soft, sweet cane base rather than a dry or grassy one. Serve it chilled or over ice as an after-dinner drink.
