Description

Dormoy Shrubb Gwozey Peyi is a shrubb, the Creole Christmas liqueur of the French islands, where cane spirit is steeped with bitter orange peel, sugar and spice. The base is agricole-style, distilled from fresh sugar cane juice rather than molasses.

At a low 18% it is firmly a sweet, citrus-forward liqueur built around candied and bitter orange rather than a dry agricole sipper. Serve it chilled, over ice, or as a festive after-dinner pour.
