Description

Arawak Arrange Ananas Citron vert is a flavoured rum from Guadeloupe, made in the arrange style of steeping cane spirit with fresh fruit. The base is agricole-style, distilled from fresh sugar cane juice rather than molasses, then infused with pineapple and lime.

At 32% it is built to taste of sweet pineapple lifted by lime zest over a soft cane base, with the sweetness arranges typically carry. Serve it chilled or over ice as an easy after-dinner drink rather than as a dry agricole.
