Description

MaloRhum Citrus is a flavoured rum, a French take on the arrange tradition where cane spirit is steeped with fruit and sweetened into an easy after-dinner pour. The base is agricole-style, distilled from fresh sugar cane juice on a column still rather than from molasses.

At 35% and citrus-led, this is made to taste of its name, bright peel and zest over a soft cane backbone, with the sweetness that the arrange style usually carries. It is best treated as a flavoured sipper served chilled or over ice, not as a dry agricole.
