Description

MaloRhum works in the French arrange tradition, steeping flavour into cane juice spirit rather than ageing it in oak. The name Plum points to a ripe plum character, giving this infusion a dark, orchard fruit sweetness rather than the grassy snap of a straight agricole.

This is a flavoured, lightly sweet rum rather than a dry sipper. At 35% it stays soft and approachable, best served well chilled or over ice where the macerated fruit leads and the cane spirit sits in support.
