Trois Rivières Single Cask 2007

Trois Rivieres is a historic Martinique estate, now distilled at the La Mauny site, working from fresh-pressed sugar-cane juice under the Martinique AOC. This single cask comes from the 2007 vintage and carries nearly ten years of tropical maturation, which on an agricole signals real depth given the high angel's share in Caribbean warehouses.

Distilled on a column still and aged in ex-bourbon oak, it is bottled unsweetened at 42%. The nose offers fresh citrus, allspice and orange, the palate stays dry and woody with bitter orange and allspice, and the finish turns floral and grassy over light wood. This is the drier, single-cask side of Trois Rivieres, where green cane character and gentle spice lead rather than power, a relaxed sipper for those who value clarity and freshness over high strength.
