Saison's Triple Cask draws on Barbados column still rum, aged five years and bottled at 46% without added sugar. The concept rests on multiple cask types, lending the rum a layered but gentle character rather than a single dominant influence.

Matured in ex-bourbon oak, it stays soft and mild throughout: woody and vanilla led on the nose, the palate lightly spiced and easy with a soft, rounded feel, the finish short and fruity. The column still base keeps it clean and light in body, more about smoothness than intensity. It reads as a relaxed, approachable Barbados rum that takes well to a little mixing, the multiple cask ageing adding a touch of oak interest to an uncomplicated, gently spiced profile rather than reaching for power or weight.
