Maturated from molasses and finished in sherry wood at 45%, it noses on caramel, liquorice, burnt sugar and oak, then turns to vanilla, dried fruit and burnt sugar with a dry, salty edge, the finish carrying tobacco, cream toffee and butterscotch.
