Unhiq XO is an Oliver & Oliver release from the Dominican Republic, the blending house behind several soft Spanish-style labels. Distilled from molasses on a column still and rested in ex-bourbon wood, it sits firmly at the sweet, dessert leaning end of the style, where the light spirit gives way to rich barrel notes and a generously rounded sweetness.
