Velier Foursquare Triptych

Triptych pairs two of rum's most respected names, the Foursquare distillery in Barbados and the Italian bottler Velier, whose shared purist outlook means full proof and nothing added. It is the classic Bajan marriage of heavy double-retort pot still rum and cleaner column distillate, taken to twelve years and, as the name suggests, drawn across three different cask types.

Bottled at 56% with no added sugar, colour or flavouring, it leans dry and wood-driven rather than sweet. Coconut, vanilla and caramel meet assertive oak on the palate, with baking spice, dried fruit and dark chocolate giving structure and length. The multi-cask ageing adds layers without tipping into sweetness, and the result stays balanced and well integrated despite the power.
