Description

Château Pesquié Terrasses Blanc 2022 originates from the Ventoux region, known for its unique terroir and cool microclimate. The Chaudière family produces this wine using organic practices on limestone soils at 350 meters altitude, that cooler microclimate resulting in slow, even grape ripening. This blend of Viognier, Roussanne, Clairette, and Grenache Blanc undergoes a short maceration and 15-day fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel, retaining fresh fruit flavors. Avoiding malolactic fermentation, the wine maintains a vibrant acidity, showcasing aromas of citrus, lychee, and white fruits with a balanced and elegant finish.
