Laphroaig 30 Years Old 1966 Vintage Dumpy (Signatory)

Signatory Vintage bottles widely and without colouring, an Edinburgh house since 1988. This bottling is a 30 year old Laphroaig, laid down in 1966 and drawn off in 1996., from the Vintage Collection - Dumpy range.

It spent thirty years in ex-Bourbon, long enough to round the medicinal Islay spirit.

At 48.9%, undiluted, the American oak leaves vanilla. Peat, iodine and a maritime salinity hold the palate.
