Moon-Import was founded in 1980 by Pepi Mongiardino and ranks among Italy's most revered independents, famous for themed series like The Birds. This 10 year old Laphroaig, from cask 11684, came off the stills in 1990 and was bottled in 2000., from the In the Pink range.

Ten years in a bourbon hogshead shape the tarry medicinal core.

At 46%, the American oak brings vanilla. Peat, iodine and a maritime salinity hold the palate.
