Berry Bros & Rudd has traded from No. 3 St James's Street in London since 1698, Britain's oldest wine and spirits merchant. A 18 year old Laphroaig, from cask 55, this was distilled in 1997 and bottled in 2015. in the Berrys' Own Selection.

Held in ex-Bourbon for eighteen years, the oak settles the tarry, iodine-laced spirit.

Bottled at cask strength, 51%, the American oak brings vanilla. The profile runs to a fragrant note, green-house, a medicinal edge.
