A staff-selected single cask from the Team Sherry Series 2024, a 2007 vintage finished in Fino, drawn from cask 7, an outturn of 327. The distillery crew picked a dry sherry cask.

Seventeen years and a Fino finish bring a dry, nutty, saline edge to the mature smoke.

At 53% the peat is medicinal, dried fruit, leather, a rubbery note and a sherried character alongside. A staff-picked Fino single cask.
