Long fermentation Aberfeldy wash from the four still configuration, distilled in 2005 under John Dewar & Sons (Bacardi) ownership. Filled into a single ex Bourbon cask and aged 14 years before bottling at full cask strength 56.8% with no chill filtering and no caramel adjustment. The 184 bottle yield is consistent with a smaller hogshead format or active warehouse position.

Fourteen years in ex Bourbon American oak at cask strength gives a working oak profile: vanillin from lignin breakdown at moderate to upper levels, cis whisky lactones contributing framed coconut and dill, and hemicellulose breakdown supplying the caramel and toasted cereal layer.
