Tricoche Spirits La Fabrique de l’Arrangé Coffee – Infusion de Café

Tricoche Spirits La Fabrique de l'Arrange Coffee is a flavoured rum from the French bottler Tricoche Spirits, built on a column-distilled agricole base of fresh-pressed sugar-cane juice. Its La Fabrique de l'Arrange line works in the French tradition of steeping flavouring in cane spirit, here an infusion of coffee.

At 39% it carries a little more backbone than the lighter arranges but still reads sweet rather than dry. Expect roasted coffee to lead over the grassy cane base. Serve it chilled or over ice as an after-dinner pour, or use it to lift coffee and dessert cocktails.
