A Martinique cane-juice rum steeped with vanilla and macadamia into a sweet, nutty arrangé of burnt sugar and dessert spice, bottled soft at 32% so it drinks closer to a flavoured liqueur than a dry agricole sipper.
Description
Ti Arranges de Ced builds its arranges by macerating fruit, nuts and spices in a base rhum agricole, and this Vanille Macadamia version leans fully into the dessert side of that tradition. The cane spirit underneath starts as fresh-pressed sugar-cane juice from Martinique, distilled on a column still in the French-island style, then given over to vanilla and macadamia for a sweet, nutty result.
Expect burnt sugar and warm vanilla on the nose, with toasted nut carrying through the palate. At 32% it sits low and easy, and the sweetness is real rather than implied, so this reads as a soft after-dinner pour or a dessert companion rather than a grassy, bone-dry blanc. Honest framing matters here: it is a flavoured rum first, with the agricole base supplying lift and a faint green edge beneath the vanilla and nut.
