The house favours continental ageing and gentle proofs, and this reads accordingly, light in colour with an expressive ester driven nose of overripe banana and green apple. The palate moves into more savoury territory, confected fruit alongside leather and a licorice note with a touch of acidity, then a finish that returns to ripe tropical fruit and pineapple.
