Neisson's Zetwal Sirius is a Martinique agricole built from long-aged cane-juice rums, the small family distillery blending mature stock into a silky, fruit-forward whole. Matured in ex-bourbon oak and bottled at 49.2% near cask strength, this AOC Martinique release leans on elegance, the years in tropical cask showing as depth rather than heavy wood.

Distilled from fresh sugarcane juice, it carries the dry, spice-forward character of aged agricole but turns the fruit and finesse up. The nose is sweet and woody with dried apricot and a coffee edge, the palate velvety with sugarcane, lime peel and figs, the finish woody and vegetal with a honeyed lift and real intensity. The fruit drives without the oak ever turning aggressive, and the texture is the standout. An unsweetened agricole for an experienced palate, at its best neat where the layers have room to unfold.
