Neisson Nonaginta is an aged agricole from the small Neisson family distillery in Martinique, a favourite working within the island's rum AOC. Distilled from fresh sugarcane juice and bottled at 47.6%, it shows the distillery's gentler, more refined side.
The profile is soft and elegant rather than powerful. The nose is woody and rounded with vanilla and caramel, the palate brings nuts, milk chocolate and light spice, and the finish carries wood, vanilla, chocolate and caramel.
