Mulata Anejo 5 Anos is a Cuban rum distilled from molasses on a column still, aged five years in ex-bourbon casks and bottled at 38%. It belongs to Cuba's light ron ligero tradition, where the spirit is kept clean and the cask adds gentle colour and a little softness. Expect a mild, straightforward profile of light vanilla and faint oak, in keeping with a young, easy Spanish-style ron.
