Limonce Liquore di Limoni is an Italian lemon liqueur known for its fresh, natural and intensely fruity flavour, made to a traditional recipe from carefully selected, sun ripened lemons from southern Italy. The peel of these lemons is rich in essential oils, and a slow maceration in alcohol allows the fresh, sweet and slightly tart citrus character to develop. It is bottled at 25%.

The nose is fresh lemon zest with light herbal notes and a subtle sweetness, the palate fruity and sweet with tangy lemons in a harmonious balance of sweetness and acidity, finishing pleasantly fresh and slightly tart with lingering citrus. Behind the bar it brings bright lemon flavour and a sweet citrus lift, balancing a sour or lengthening a refreshing long drink. It is traditionally served ice cold straight from the freezer for maximum freshness, and works well in a Limonce Spritz with prosecco or a summer highball.
