Labourdonnais Infusion Passion-Ananas

Labourdonnais Infusion Passion-Ananas is a flavoured rum from the Labourdonnais estate in Mauritius, built on a base of fresh sugar-cane juice. Mauritius makes cane-juice rum in the agricole style, outside the French AOC, and Labourdonnais infuses this one with passion fruit and pineapple.

Bottled at 35%, it reads soft and sweet rather than dry, so expect tangy passion fruit and juicy pineapple to lead over the cane base. Serve it well chilled or over ice as an easy aperitif, or use it to brighten tropical cocktails.
