La Favorite bottles this Coeur de Canne as a rhum agricole blanc, distilled from fresh-pressed sugar-cane juice on a creole column still and presented unaged at 50%. As an AOC Martinique blanc it follows the dry, no-added-sugar tradition, with the spirit rested rather than oak-aged so the cane shows undisturbed.

The nose is citrus-driven, with the unmistakable agricole signature alongside lime and lemon peel, and clear ester lift gives it aromatic snap. The palate carries that citrus through with an alcoholic, estery character and a tropical-fruit edge, dry from start to finish. At 50% it has the proof and freshness that define a serious blanc, all green cane, citrus and white-pepper energy. This is the canonical agricole white, built first and foremost for a Ti' Punch or a crisp daiquiri.
