Distilled from fresh sugar-cane juice and bottled at full column strength, it is a raw, undiluted expression of the island's cane.

The profile is intense and surprisingly fresh for the proof: bright sugar-cane, citrus, floral lift and a peppery snap, with a natural sweetness from the cane itself.
