José Cuervo Platino Reserva Tequila Blanco is an unaged 100% agave tequila from José Cuervo, the historic house produced by Tequila Cuervo La Rojeña at the La Rojeña distillery in the town of Tequila, NOM 1122. Cuervo, whose name means raven in Spanish, is the best selling tequila brand in the world, and Platino sits at the upper, more careful end of its range, with each hand blown bottle numbered, dated and sealed with wax.

As a blanco it goes into the bottle without cask aging, so the agave leads. The nose offers agave with notes of vanilla and apricot, while the palate is light and agave forward, an easy, clean expression of the spirit. Bottled at 40%.
