Description
A spiced expression of Jagermeister from Mast-Jagermeister, produced and bottled in Wolfenbuttel, Lower Saxony, on the secret recipe of 56 herbs unchanged since 1934, here pushed toward warming ginger. Ginger is the defining flavour, adding a spicy heat over the brand's familiar herbal base, which sets it apart from the original as a hotter, more assertive serve. At 33% it carries enough strength to read clearly as a chilled shot or in a mix.
This bottling leads on ginger, with the profile running ginger, mint, anise, wormwood, gentian and liquorice, the bittersweet herbal register the trade already knows lifted by a clear spicy heat. In a drink it brings a bitter herbal backbone with a ginger warmth, so it works as an ice cold shot, a punchy Jager and ginger beer build or a spiced Mule, where its heat plays against fresh and citrus components. Its ginger kick gives a back bar a bolder herbal option. Best served ice cold from the freezer for the cleanest shot.
