Bright lemon and cool Lebanese mint play across a deep, intense juniper base, with coriander and cassia adding quiet spice. Made by a former whisky distiller using Lebanese juniper and Scottish spring water, it is remarkably smooth and complex. Freshness and warmth held in fine balance.

Description
Daffy's was created by Chris Molyneaux, a former whisky distiller, who built it around high-quality Lebanese juniper prized for its intense yet subtle character. Around that core sit lemon peel, coriander seed, angelica root, cassia bark and orris root, plus the gin's signature flourish: Lebanese mint, which lends a refreshing, faintly spicy lift. The distillate is brought down with Scottish spring water, and that combination of provenances is much of the reason it drinks so smoothly.
The nose is complex and fresh, dominant juniper with lemon zest, mint and a hint of spice. The palate is soft and round, citrus and mint woven through spicy coriander and a light floral sweetness, before a long, fresh, gently spiced finish of lingering herbs. Pour it over a good tonic with a sprig of mint or a twist of grapefruit, or shake it into a Southside with lime and sugar.
