It comes from the estate's fresh-pressed sugar cane juice and shows what extended maturation does to top-tier Martinique agricole.

Distilled on column at Le Francois and matured in ex-bourbon oak, it keeps a vivid agricole character even after fifteen years: menthol, pineapple and banana on the nose, a grassy, citrus-laced palate, and a finish of spice, citrus, coffee and nuts.
