Château Pesquié Ascensio Rouge 2018 is crafted from vines aged 50-80 years, planted on clay and limestone soils at 330 meters above sea level. This biodynamic wine is produced in limited quantities, with grapes hand-harvested and partially destemmed before undergoing a month-long maceration. Fermentation and aging occur in concrete tanks to preserve the wine's fruitiness and freshness. The result is a concentrated and vibrant wine with aromas of black fruit, kirsch, and licorice, supported by velvety tannins and a long, spicy finish. Ideal for pairing with red meats and game dishes, it reflects the unique terroir of the Ventoux region.
