Casa Noble is an organic certified Jalisco tequila made from 100% Blue Weber, and one of the early houses to give its tequila a triple distillation. This reposado rests for 364 days in French white oak, far beyond the two month minimum and right at the edge of añejo territory, so the wood plays a fuller role than a typical rested tequila.
The extra distillation and the year in French oak together build an elegant, structured spirit at 40%. French oak leans toward tighter, spicier wood, and here it frames sweet cooked agave with vanilla, lemongrass, gentle floral notes and toasted oak in balance. It drinks long and composed, the barrel and agave sharing the palate rather than the wood taking over, finishing notably soft for its time in cask.
