Caney 12 Years

Caney is a Santiago based Cuban label, and this twelve year old is its older expression, distilled from molasses on a column still and matured in ex-bourbon oak before bottling at 38%.

Cuban ron is made for lightness, charcoal filtered and blended to stay clean and approachable. With twelve years behind it, the house style typically softens toward vanilla, light caramel and gentle oak, though the modest strength keeps the body delicate rather than rich.
