Buen Amigo Tequila Reposado

Buen Amigo Reposado is a 100% Blue Weber tequila made in Jalisco by the established producer Dialce, a value driven line whose name means good friend and points squarely at sociable, everyday drinking. Despite the Reposado label, the scraped style was logged as Blanco; the German source confirms it rests as a reposado, so the style is corrected here.

After the agave is cooked and fermented, the spirit rests two months in hand selected oak casks to develop its softer aroma. That short rest brings vanilla, caramel and roasted agave to the nose alongside spice, a Madeira note and coconut flesh, while the palate turns fuller with dried cherry, honey and spicy oak. Bottled at 38%, it stays mild and aromatic, with the oak gentle over an agave core.
